Before he brought his unique brand of hilarity to The Three Stooges, Joe was already a beloved comic and actor with nearly four decades of dazzling showbiz experience. From the vibrant 1940s, when he was a star in his own right, in three feature films and a short subject series for Columbia Pictures, to the big screen gems of the 1950s and 60s, Joe's career was as dynamic as it was diverse.

In total, Joe graced 28 feature films from 1940 to 1978, leaving an indelible mark on the silver screen.
